For more than 25 years, Scott has been responsible for overseeing all departments of the Golf Operations - from the Clubhouse and Backshop to Golf Shop Manager and Head Golf Professional, and, eventually, making it to General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. He is currently the PGA of Canada President.

 

Beyond this, Scott has also hosted National and Provincial Tournaments, developed the GBC Academy at Arbutus Ridge, and has been recognized as a leader within the industry through various awards.

As part of VB Golf, where Scott is the Founder and Owner, he has also built up Fresh Golf Consulting, which offers specialty golf industry recruitment services for Private Clubs and Golf Courses across Canada. In the near future, those services will expand to parts of the United States.
